AdBlue problem BMW 5 Series?

I have a 5 Series BMW 520d 2014

I never had to refill AdBlue, and it was never written that I needed to refill AdBlue. I thought it might have been programmed out. Today, when I wanted to get my vehicle checked, they read the control unit and determined that the AdBlue heater was defective.
What could be the reason for this?

Is the heater really broken now?

Possible, can also be a cable fault.

From a distance you can say something bad.

Don’t worry.

Without knowing exactly what’s defective, you leave your fingers of it, that’s all worse.

AdBlue parts are not really cheap.
