Abscess won't go away completely. What to do?

I've had an abscess (on my décolleté) for a little over a week. When it became very painful, I went to the doctor. He prescribed me antibiotics (Amoxiclav) for a week. He told me to call if it got worse.

Well, it hasn't gotten any worse. The pain is barely noticeable anymore, and the day before yesterday it opened and a lot of pus and blood came out (🤮), but it's not gone now. Besides the redness, the skin underneath and around it is still hardened.

Should I go to the doctor again? I don't want to go there again unnecessarily 😅
