Contact mobile providers and activate third-party lock. This applies only to future services. Previously, you stay glued. Note: No chargeable services are required via mobile phones.

The third-party requester will request the invoice via your mobile call requester and he will need the additional messages. He will refer you to the third party as you have signed the contract with him. That’s what you have to do.

They usually sit in countries where German law does not apply (e.g. in Cyprus) and usually do not have any contact or response.

A long-term legal dispute with lawyer in the non-EU area has hardly any prospect of success.

If there’s nothing to cancel, just stay:

Mobile phone contract concluded with third party lock.

He can then no longer request the invoice via the mobile radio provider.

If, he’ll have to contact you directly. But I don’t think it’s going to happen because they’re usually insane.

If you have someone you can challenge the bill.

Until then, you’ll be at the expense. Let yourself be guessed by consumer protection.
