Subscription trap/fremdgehen69.com?

Hello everyone,

Yes, you read that right. I fell for the subscription trap on the site fremdgehen69.com. Before anyone writes here, it's my own fault or something. Yes, I regret that I registered there and fell for it.

When I signed up for the VIP subscription for €29.90 for one year, there was no indication anywhere that this amount would be deducted monthly for the year. Furthermore, I canceled the subscription on the same day instead of revoking it, which was my mistake. Now, a month has passed, and the second debit has arrived. I disputed this through my bank, and I received my money back.

According to other posts and information, the whole thing is their scam and they say they are debt collection and a lawyer on their side will then be called in to collect the amounts via email/mail.

I still have the email I sent canceling my subscription, but I no longer have the confirmation. I sent myself the confirmation again yesterday.

My question is: Should I object to/block the payments for a year and let this happen and hope it stops at some point? Is there anyone out there who has gone through the same thing and knows how to get out of it without involving a lawyer?

Thank you in advance for any help.

There are several legal options to get out of such contracts, but I would have to know more about your specific situation, is there the possibility you are under 18. Did they send you a callback? Did you get a confirmation of the conclusion of the contract? When you quit with mail, what exactly did you write and when was that exact. You can also cancel the subscription directly on the page without mail. Were there misleading things on the side that have hidden the price, for example, man could not see him directly at the conclusion. You can contest or retrieve Evtl, or if the provider has not properly informed you about your retrieval period, paragraph 356 in bgb and your retrieval period is extended. I would otherwise pay it but they can otherwise pass it on to the debt collection company, which becomes expensive.

Abo 39.90€ for a 6 month subscription… so 6 months run for 39.90 a month!

If you complete a 12-month mobile fare subscription for 19,99€, you will surely also know that you have to pay 19,99€ for 12 months each month and not get 12 months for 19,99€!? o

I can’t recognize a “Fall” – sorry!

You also cancelled and did not revoke the contract!

If it’s a clear scam, you have nothing to fear when you make the payments.

I would make sure that nowhere can it be seen that this is monthly subscriptions.

Because Abo usually says it is recurring payments. But the period would have to come out somewhere.

Well, it’s 6 months. It should be clear that 12 months can not cost less – especially if there are more benefits. Then every 12 months would take.

I don’t think you’re getting out of there. And don’t see any of the fraud.

I think this will be quite similar to sky zb where you have 2 prices a month and a cheaper one when you close it a year

But there is no one-time payment.

Maybe there was something before. I can’t look because my phone locks the page.

Why should you get much more and much longer something that costs much less?

But where is the fraud now? If you didn’t revoke, but instead cancelled in time, then I just don’t see the fraud.
