It sounds like a possible subscription or subscription trap where you are repeatedly debiting unwanted amounts. Here are the steps you should take to solve the problem:

1. Contact the provider

Try to contact the provider (in your case “Webbilling” or “Asianflirts”) directly. Search for a possibility to cancel the subscription and request a refund of the amounts already debited. Usually there is a customer service email or a hotline that you can call.

Two. Notify payment provider or bank

Contact the payment provider (e.g. credit card company or bank) where the payments are made. Explain the situation and ask for a rebooking of unauthorized debits. Some banks offer a batchback option (rebooking of payments) when it is unlawful debits.

3. Announce Abo

If you have completed a membership or subscription to the page, cancel it immediately. Make sure to do this in writing (by email or via the website’s user account). It is important that you receive a confirmation of the termination.

4. Turn on consumer center or lawyer

If you don’t receive an answer from the provider or the subscription will continue to be debited, you can contact the consumer center that can provide you with legal support. In some cases, the help of a lawyer might also be useful if you feel that you have been cheated.

Five. Report Abo Help or Abofalle

There are also platforms and websites that specialize in helping with subscription cases and making corresponding messages, such as the “report subscription” pages. These can also help you contact the provider and stop the debits.

6. Prevent future payments

Make sure you check all payment methods (credit cards, PayPal, etc.) and, if necessary, remove the payment permissions for the website. You can withdraw the authorizations for recurring payments for this page in your online banking or PayPal account.

It is important to act quickly to stop further payments and possibly to receive rebookings.

Maybe another person uses my bank data because I am not logged on to the page it will be rebooked money

Then go to your bank and leave the debit by the company in question (respond to the debit authorization).

Again:

You need your bank revoke the withdrawal authorization for this company. Then you can’t book it anymore.

This is something different from letting a single process cancel. Then they no longer have a right to debit from your account.
