If I want to have a few kilos down, I reduce to 1,000 calories with lean meat and lots of vegetables. Mostly, vegetable stew, where I keep the meals small but often. Works well with me.

You have a healthy normal weight and should not lose weight at all.

In your facial form, it’s probably not going to change by taking off, which is usually innate.
