Doesn’t have much to do with sport. If you are doing power sports it can be that you – because of the fact that the muscles become bigger and weigh more than fat – will hive your weight or even heavier the next weeks to months. So, if you are athletic to make endurance sports, you also support your metabolic process.

Many people who suffer from overweight make sport and have seen long-term increase rather than decreased because they simply unconsciously eat more than before. (And then continue to feed wrong)

With healthy diet, for example, a lot of vegetables daily, little to no fast food, you can lose so healthy. How much you get there or how fast you take it depends entirely on you. How much sports you do, how healthy you eat, how often, how much etc.

It also depends on how much you currently weigh. If you weigh 100kg, you can lose 1-2 kg each week. You can’t overdo it – less is often more. If you lose too much weight, so you can move too fast with everything, it can be that you can actually increase with the jojo effect.

I used to do that so that I went to a dietologist. She told me I should take more proteins. So instead of sugar, I should eat only protein snacks ( 1-2 tgl), protein pudding if I have bock on sweet, no more food salts, so leave the salt completely (unless you cook noodles or rice – there you can already salt a little) – vegetables or soup cubes to season – because also in measure zb.

It’ll pay off if you’re less than 1.60. If you’re over 1.60 I’d say you keep your eating habits and do something sport. See that you eat every day.

I think that’s okay. Endurance sports such as inline skates, cycling, swimming or jogging would be the right thing. You shouldn’t overdo it with the sport and give up at least 2 days a week so that the body can recover and is not overstretched! Also, you should not be surprised if you add 1-2 kilos of weight to the next few weeks, as the muscles can grow a bit. But it doesn’t matter if it’s true, you’ll be all right.

This depends mainly on how much you eat.

If you look every day to have a calorie deficit that you can support with sports you take off.

Depending on how strong you fix your calorie deficit, you take stronger and more off and become faster thinner

It depends on the type of sport, intensity and above all diet. Your current weight also plays a role.

No one can tell you that because it depends on many parameters.

Sport alone doesn’t bring much. You should also do without fat and sweet if possible, then you can take 5 kg in a month.

Healthy weight loss is about 1 kilo per month if you can make the 1 kilo in the month of the will and all of you, you will get that if you stay behind, wish you a lot of luck!
