How much should I charge for a shared room?

Hello, I have a room that's been rented for two years. It contains a bed for €550, a slatted frame for €70, a mattress for €350, a 55-inch Philips TV with a wall mount, a corner cupboard for €350, an Ikea chest of drawers for €150, three lamps for €100, a bedside table, and a TV table. Now I want to pass everything on to the next tenant. How much can I charge?

no one has to take it, and if that’s how you should go down with prices, and the landlord must agree with the landlord, the furniture should not cost more than 1000 euros

Better ask how much you get.

In the big cities with enormous apartment shortages you will find interested people who pay you the new price.

It would be appropriate to have a maximum of 80% of the new price.

Where there is no lack of housing you can be glad to get money from the successor at all.

You can ask what you want, the renter just needs to get involved.

I wouldn’t pay you for these parts.

You’re right to force a post-rent to buy your mobile. Take your property and make it for sale and buy a price. You have a space to give out to the landlord.

I would complete the rental contract with the landlord in a regular manner. However, do not go further on to your offer of furniture collection and ask you to remove the things from the room. Without any payment . Who likes used furniture.

Maximum half price for everything. But you should be able to present the invoices.

By the way, I would not buy a 2 year old mattress from a strange person. Pfui.

30% of your prices.
