The following happened:
I went to an appointment with my employment counselor, and the day before, I had taken an aptitude test at Dama.go GmbH because I'd like to take the specialist knowledge test according to §34a of the German Trade Regulation Act (GewO). The counselor immediately dismissed my idea and asked how I imagined the whole thing with a child, because I couldn't leave my child with my partner when I worked evenings/nights because he wasn't the biological father. Besides, I don't have a driver's license, and apparently, according to the employment counselor, there aren't enough jobs near me.
In addition, she is of the opinion that this further training should only be seen as a certificate and that I should please do a proper training (I am a trained social assistant).
A written application has now been in process for almost 3 weeks without any response or even rejection.
