Article 3

We charge for our mediation of travel services fees which are part of the displayed total price of the respective travel service.
We cannot refund these fees if you cancel your travel service, except the cancellation is based on our fault and/or the one of our vicarious agents.

Should you withdraw from the contract,
the amount of the costs incurred for this purpose is governed by the provisions of the tour operator or provider of travel services. For this purpose, we strongly recommend you to conclude a travel cancellation insurance.

Insofar as you want to perform a rebooking and/or cancellation of a travel service, this must be asserted to us in writing or electronically. Before receipt of your request, we cannot rebook and/or cancel a booked travel service.

Insofar as you have made your booking by phone, a rebooking and/or cancellation of a travel service is also possible by phone. A telephone request is confirmed by us by e-mail. The received e-mail is to be checked by you for any inconsistencies and, in the case of such, you must inform us immediately.
