If you basically got Omeprazol prescribed medically, it’s not that bad.

It is to be assumed that some of the contained omeprazole is disintegrated into degradation products. Whether what could be left is so much that the effective range of bioavailable omeprazole was exceeded, no one can answer without having examined the drug for content in a laboratory.

Just get a fresh one from the pharmacy with a recipe – and ready.

That you took the old one, and therefore the effect will have been too little, you can’t change now.

The main problem is that it is not clear whether and how much this has done now. You can’t change that anymore. Just get a fresh one from the pharmacy, as it was. 🤗

Probably not much, but they won’t work either.

Probably not. You shouldn’t use drugs from other people either.

The worst would be no effect.

If you didn’t just store the stuff in the glove compartment of a car that stood at least 6 months in a praller sun, it won’t happen much unless the stuff works.
