Hi, I have a standard exhaust with exhaust gas recirculation on my 70cc scooter. I've heard that if you take it off it's illegal to drive, but that's not my question. My question is, if I just take it off, will it damage my scooter or break something, or does it make no difference apart from the fact that it's illegal?
