But I don't have anorexia, is that weird?
Hi dear ones,
You probably already know about me, but I actually weigh 34.3 kg (75 lbs). I'm watching more and more videos about anorexia, and I'm eating normally again. I'm not vomiting, and I don't feel the urge to. However, I've tried a little exercise (it's too strenuous for me) and stopped. But now I'm having a problem with dancing: it really hurts to roll on the floor because my bones hit the floor. I still feel too fat, but my real problem is:
- I want a very thin stomach, but you can't really lose enough weight for that
- Thinner legs
- But the problem is then the rest of the body becomes too thin and the bones stick out, which they already do and I don't want that
HOW CAN I GET THINNER LEGS AND A THINNER AND FLAT STOMACH?
PS: I wish I were in a hospital or anorexic, but somehow I don't. I don't understand myself anymore. Despair….
I’m not a doctor, but that’s what I’m looking for. Not every man who fights against magnificence will break.

What you do is highly hazardous to health. You play your life, you know that? Your pediatrician is a good first point of contact, but in the end an eating disorder is a mental illness and must also be treated as such. You don’t get around a therapy.
Learn to understand the disease, because then you know that it is that you are too fat. Basically, you know that you are too thin. If you understand the disease, you know how it “attacks” you – i.e. you can better fight them. At least my experience. Medical or psychological accompaniment does not replace it.
You’re mad. This is a disease of the psyche, that is the thought, no physical or external illness.
Most affected suffer from a body schema disorder. They perceive their body much thicker than he is, see fat where nothing is. The problem is that it doesn’t disappear. No matter how much you take, no matter how thin you become, you will never feel and perceive it like that. And if your abdomen only records the pelvic bones, you won’t perceive it like that, but you still feel fat. That’s why magenta never listen to the abortion as they are never satisfied.
The only sensible and fortunate way is to fight the disease and learn to accept the body as it is. A therapy helps. So please go to a clinic. You’ll be in danger.

But your questions all speak for having a magic addiction.
At least you have a strongly distorted self-perception. You should talk to your parents about it and then you should find help together. I think you urgently need a therapy.
If you continue as before, you will probably not have to live for long, or you will harm your health so that you will have to fight the rest of your life with health problems.
I already told my mother that I find myself too thick. Then we talked about it and then we came to the conclusion that I had a dream figure and Mom thought I was gonna be normal and too thin again, but I thought I was too thick anyway
Your mama doesn’t seem to be very well informed about the subject of magnificence. Maybe she’s just afraid to look at the truth.
It is certain that something must be done in your case. I don’t understand why your mother doesn’t understand.
Talk to her again and tell her you feel like you need help. Maybe you’ll show her the answers to your questions. She may be convinced that something is being done must:.
Hello Johanna what you do is health damage, did not specify your size, but 34Kg is very little except you are very small You should Get help and much is genetically conditioned
12 w 159 cm
Your weight is definitely
not “in the frame”!
your weight is still within the frame, but less should it not be, a pair of kilos more harm nothing. 40 kilos are still ok
No, not “something marginal”!
A BMI v. 13.45 is strong underweight!
The girl is magical and you tell such an incompetent nonsense…🤦🏻 ♀️🤦🏻 ♀️ ♀️
it is 159cm tall, is already a little marginal
