No, never. You should eat breakfast in the morning and eat only a little bite in the evening, but for me dinner has always been the main time. In the morning and at noon, I need a snack to strengthen me, but in the evening it has to be more.

For example, Dal Makhani (a delicious Indian dish) and as a supplement rice and naan (an Indian fladen bread). I’d be happy to eat a dessert.

Yes, here in Germany it is so in many families that they only eat bread in the evening as for breakfast. But it wouldn’t be for me. I eat a bread for dinner at the most as an appetizer. Dinner is such a pleasure after work for me, as I can take time for it. However, I often eat quite late, the body does not digest until I lie in bed and when lying, sodburning is promoted, which is not good for the esophagus in the long term, as it ignites.

I have to get used to eating earlier.
