Abends Lust zu Essen?
Was esst ihr wenn ihr Abends lust auf Essen habt, setzt ihr euch da verbote?
Also morgen habe ich ein Termin beim Zahnarzt und meine Zähne sind schon ziemlich schief und ein wenig gelb teilweise aber gehe eher wegen ein Zahn hin der wackelt meine Frage wäre was denkt ihr welche behandlungen ich bekommen könnte oder was passiert also bessergesagt wie sie vorangehen wird in diesem Fall
Ich hab mir Whey gekauft und frage mich gerade ob das Hühnereiweiß, welches enthalten ist, das Eiweiß vom Ei oder das Eiweiß vom Fleisch ist.
Weil wenn ich meine lieblingsmenus gegessen habe, habe ich soviel gegessen meist , dass ich nicht noch ein Menu essen kann
Wir gehen heute Nachmittag mal indisch Essen.
Essen kann man doch nebenbei machen, z.B. beim Fernsehen schauen oder in der Bahn. Wozu sitzen die Leute eine halbe Stunde am Tisch, nur um zu essen? Wenn sie mit Freunden das machen, ist es natürlich was anderes. Aber viele machen das ja alleine.
Hallo ich habe heute nur 2 Kaffe und ein Energy getrunken hatte den ganzen Tag kein Hunger Gefühl hab aber am Abend doch was gegessen und das habe ich nicht mal auf gegessen ist das normal?

Yes, here in Germany it is so in many families that they only eat bread in the evening as for breakfast. But it wouldn’t be for me. I eat a bread for dinner at the most as an appetizer. Dinner is such a pleasure after work for me, as I can take time for it. However, I often eat quite late, the body does not digest until I lie in bed and when lying, sodburning is promoted, which is not good for the esophagus in the long term, as it ignites.
I have to get used to eating earlier.

I eat in the morning my cereal and evening vegetables etc. Bread would not make me happy like you ðŸTM‚
