All in one stroke:

Deadlines Driving licences (tests)

Theory examination at the earliest 3 months before the deadline. Practice examination at the earliest 1 month before the deadline.

The deadline is either your birthday (minimum age) or when expanding A1 to A2 or A2 to A is the date of the lower class driving licence acquisition (2-year scheme for the simplified test).

The respective minimum age can be found in §10 FeV:

https://www.gesetze-im-internet.de/fev_2010/_10.html

Motorcycles:

AM: 16 years (in some Länder 15 – but this AM is only valid until 16 years)

A1: 16 years

A2: 18 years

Cars:

BF17: 17 years

B: 18 years
____

To speed

Depends on the model. Realistic is a travel speed of 80-90 km/h.

Regardless of whether you can make 120 km/h (GPS) flat on the tank downhill with the needle in the limiter or not.

Hello,

from 16 years, you can drive light motorcycles (125s).

You need the rating class A1.

For each driving permit, you can submit the application half a year before reaching the minimum age and start training.

125er for the A1 are up to ECHTEN 120 km/h fast.

Best regards

Michael

From 16 you can drive them with the license class A1. With the full 15hp, about 110-120km/h are realistic…

From 15, when the vehicle was on the market before 1952 and has less than 0,7 kW, otherwise from 16.

Without driving licence (illegal) without age 🙂
Normally, 125s from 16, is the A1 driving license. 60 can drive, moreover I do not know how it is with the law.

…so a pear! The speed limit to 80km/h (not about 60), has not been available since January 2013.

If you don’t know, you shouldn’t answer… ☻☻☻

“New” is quite nothing about the regulation.

Because the speed is not limited.

In the future, a ratio of power/weight of the highest 0.1 kW/kg must also be maintained. Light motorcycles that have been admitted until 19.01.2013 can continue to be run with Class A1 – without taking into account the new feature. The previous 80 km/h limit for 16 and 17 years old No thus.
