You have to try this, because everyone reacts differently to coffee. For example, I can sleep particularly well after a coffee. Probably because I have very low blood pressure.

Just drink more coffee at 16h each day for one hour and observe if your sleep behavior changes. For example, if you can’t sleep from the coffee around 19h, you know that your last one may be around 18h.

It’s different for everyone. Some drink a cup at 8:00 and can sleep well. I’m critical after 3:00. But there are also very good coffee without caffeine. Zb Coffee Hague or Dallmayer Prodomo.
