Ich würde gerne wissen ab welcher Zahl man im Urin messbar wird… mir wurde einerseits gesagt das man über 300 nicht mehr messen kann und andererseits kann es bis 1000 gehen, während man unter 300 nicht mehr so ganz genau messen kann.

Quick tests won’t bring anything here, because I’m talking about lab as it is.
From a certain point, your body is simply pumped in, which can not be filtered.

But even here the results are given in ng/ml, values of 300 or even 1000 are not available – except you mean another unit of measure that you cannot or do not want to explain.
