From what amount do you have to pay taxes on shares in Austria?

I always invest small amounts, for example €50, and if I end up with €70, or €20 profit, do I have to pay any taxes on it?

In Austria, the smallest amount must also be taxed. See here:

I’m sure there’s something like a free allowance.

For example, you only pay profit taxes from 1000 euros.
