Through the lasting wear of high heels you deform the toes, which often leads to pain (early or later)

The toes can also be referred to as adapted and this does not have to lead to pain.

Didn’t want to talk about “adjusted” nicely..

I also don’t want to wear high shoes, I’m just not a fan of it, because I’ve got the problems with people standing in front of me every day at work. I didn’t want to talk about it badly with any of my comments or anything else in the direction, I just want to warn you about it

I’m a bit against black and white thinking. A bit more generally is to narrow down from others and to want to know better in principle. This is so little this alternativeless “who is not for me is against me”. Do not misunderstand this is not meant personally. If you read some literature and articles, then it’s all over conjunctive. That means everything is not necessarily… and who wears high shoes must be clear with the risk and generally knows that.

A piercing heals and does not make any further problems, just the same with tattoos. In beauty operations, there are usually no further consequences (I know happens more often, I am not a fan of).

But if you squeal your toes so you will get hurt in over 90% of the cases sooner or later and problems running…

Then how do you stand for body modifications like piercings tattoos breast enlargements or other beauty operations? That’s a kind of “adjustment.” And I don’t mean I didn’t want to talk nicely or something.

It is difficult to give a correct answer to your question, as you can’t say it on a flat-rate basis and there are also different views. High heels are usually shoes with a heel height of about 10cm. The foot size or shoe size alone already limits this because it is only possible to wear such heels from a certain size. I think it’s only in size 32 or 33. Then the foot is also very steep as if you were to wear on size 39 heels with 14/15cm. Surely there are many who think it would be better to wear High Heels later. At 12 years of age, the classical ballet begins with the top dance and most people find it quite normal, as the body is even more flexible at age. Why shouldn’t one begin with high heels at age. It doesn’t have to be high heels, as was actually asked. The ones who started wearing high heels early often find it good that they were made possible early.

That would be the age from which I would allow appreciable paragraphs. Say everything from 4cm to 7cm. With progressive age also more. At 17 years also 10cm. I would, however, not only allow the girls, but also encourage the boys and this openness.

With my 35, I don’t count on girls anymore.

I never wear High Heels. Sometimes (very rare) shoes with some heel, but most of all I’m just in flat shoes untwerwegs.

Especially young girls whose feet are still growing should wear healthy, matching shoes. If you squeeze your feet permanently into inappropriate footwear, you’ll get the bill presented at some point and it can be very inconvenient: Hallux, Hammerzehen, shortened tendons…

I would nevertheless like to give a normal answer! I think from fourteen so small heels or wedges are okay, I liked to wear wedges as a teen, because the heels are comfortable in the summer and make bigger haha But not always! Rather for special occasions. With me at school at that time, even the Girly Girls have worn quite seldom heels, and it was just something “special”, and I think it’s okay. As a teen, you want to be something more “growing”.

I believe to ban them completely, as this “I want to” promotes even more, but just like “kitten heels” are still quite acceptable from above.

From the orthopaedic point of view, high heel’s devil witnesses are because they change the whole “stique” of the body.

I voted 14 for Highheels. But it also comes to more.

We used to wear our daughter. It’s been so good with us. I find with 12 you can already see that she wears good heels and finds adoration in them. When you start at 14, it could be too late.

If we wear paragraphs, it is not tragic at 12 years. What are good heels with you?

Hello Jasmin, with your view about the entry age of high-heavy shoes (i.e. 5 – 9 cm heel) or High Heels (from 10 cm heel height) for girls you have my full support!👍

Best regards and all the best for your family – Pierrette🙂

You shouldn’t confuse High Heels too much. If they are rarely worn, nothing happens. If you exaggerate, of course, changes can occur. I’ve been wearing since my 16. Year of life high heels, 30 years of age. For 12 years only 10cm and more, this has naturally shortened tendons, but no feet and back pain, fortunately.

That was no intention, it turned out. On the beach you can wear wedges or wedge sneakers. But you’ve also read High Heels right now, isn’t it nice to wear that?

Gast7363

I have no pain in High Heels, in flat shoes, so I decided to wear only high heels 12 years ago. Besides, it’s not like a one-square, like all the sneakers.

From 10 years I’m sure it’s a bit too early, I was almost 11. But there are no 11. That’s why I took 10. Love

FS did not ask when you started, but when it is recommended. I’m sure it wasn’t high heels when I was 11.

That’s right.

Yeah, they weren’t that high in the beginning.

But from what age it is recommended, I don’t know.

But maybe you should let the girl decide on her own so don’t let the mum decide like me.

WedgesH

They should decide, of course. How high were the first paragraphs?

so definitely not hurt, advantageously doesn’t know – I found it exciting at the time and I still likes, looks cool and makes a great feeling. And with 14 you are loosely old enough and no more baby

Hello nadi06, also I started wearing high heels with a 10 cm heel. I also believe that 13 – 14 years is the right age to start wearing high heels. Love

High heels are (even if I wear them constantly) not good for the feet. They are therefore recommended NIE.

If my daughter wants to wear from 14 on, it would be her decision.

…and if it must be who, then when the skeleton is fully hardened. This is the case with 35 years (peak bone mass) and yet there are still shifts and deformations of the foot skeleton and shortening of the tendons. Who needs it…
