Yes, even if the doors are open. In a flight altitude where the external pressure is still present but is dangerously low (or virtually no more would) You never get them in your life, except maybe with explosives. So it’s always pressure on the plane.

Think about where to be with open doors to have no air pressure on the plane…

In the case of closed doors after both or all four engines run, and pressure cabin is driven.

It is inside, and enclosed, but is again slightly increased and stabilized by the so-called ‘cabin pressurization’ of the engines. As soon as the engines run, a Trim Air Valve starts. This valve leads pneumatic air into the air conditioning system, to the left in the vicinity of the chassis, and is sprayed into the cabin via the nozzles via the seats.
