You don’t necessarily have to be the boss of the company, but you have easier game to choose your leasing car.

The idea of what a trade is different is the leasing producers. Some of them are enough if you have a secondary business (e.g. because of your PV system), others aren’t even enough if you have a UG that has been running for a while and generates sales. So if you don’t have a company from which you can live, you should just ask for a more detailed information, you can’t give a flat-rate answer here.

A trade registration on your name is enough. So it must be your business.

As soon as you have a business. Proven by a commercial document or a commercial register extract (if registered)

What kind of business doesn’t matter.

I guess you didn’t get the question right. To lease a vehicle, you don’t need permission from BaFin.

Unfortunately, you are confusing what: he does not want to do business as a leasing employer, but rather a leasing contract with commercial use as a means of operating!
