Depends on the type of business.
In the case of technical companies it is normal that the GF is younger.

Depending on how many employees they are, however, it can also be bad if the GF is too young and you do not trust him with the competence of human leadership.

As I said, it’s up to the company.
If 2 people do web programming they can also be under 25, they must be able to convince.

If someone is under 25 GF at an SME with 20 employees… no idea
there is a lack of confidence if he has the experience with older employees, Azubis….

I’d maybe put this on 20 years, all of which lack the experience.
under 25 years too young for personal experience/guide.

There are always exceptions.

Under 25 the brain is not mature yet and you cannot have much experience.

Why? Because I think you have to be mentally mature?

It’s not right. Just for a reasonable discussion.

Well, in the end, you only support my argument, through this attitude.

I think it’s a pity if you don’t explain it, you’ll be patty, but you’re good.

Well, you’ve put a stop that I’ve never mentioned, so I find it inappropriate to say I should read more.

But everyone under 25 is probably too immature for a halfway experienced 35 years old. Your statement doesn’t make any sense.

I don’t understand what you mean. Too immature for what, it’s not about relationships.

There you can ask him what he’s done before, then you have the answer to the question where you’re taking the experience.

And under 25 as well as school, education / study, possibly a few years of work. There’s no experience. That means NOT that someone with 35 would have this experience automatically, only one does not have it with 25 just right.

I don’t know enough about that, but you can be more mature than a 50 year old. And that doesn’t happen very often.

It’s clear that there are others who are not mature. But that’s not an argument in my eyes. Because only because someone is inappropriate, someone else is not automatically suitable.

Of course, 35 is not automatically suited or capable enough. This has nothing to do with each other. Only where should you take the experience with 25?

You can be ripe for age, but not finished.

I don’t think there’s a “too young entrepreneur” because at some point one starts and shouldn’t be held back. That is what the state has understood and forgives hurricanes.

He started in the video with 11 and I prepared for my self-employment, for example, from 14 onwards.

Of course, there is a “too young” and an 11-year-old (as in the video interview) is of course also not a “Entrepreneur”, but does things “remember”. But an 11-year-old who is fascinated by the AI today, for example, and spends his spare time (even and voluntarily and in the flow), can of course create something like a company, and this can be worth 100 million. Then it might be a shame to have missed the moment (the time window) — if a money is important πŸ˜‰
