Yes, even a medium-sized, gaping wound must be medically supplied.

Otherwise, evil inflammations threaten to blood poisoning and ugly, big scars.

Sewing is often done from 2 cm cuts that go through all skin layers, it does not necessarily have to be necessary, but accelerates the healing, reduces the risk of infection and reduces the scar formation.

At least a professional cleaning of the wound is to be recommended, if necessary. also preventive antibiotics if infection signs are already recognizable or aftercare is only possible to a limited extent.

In what situation do you think you can’t go to the doctor? Time you seem to have if you can ask here if the gaping wound is bad?! If you even call it a ‘cloud’, that should be enough reason for you to let a doctor look at it.

So you can go to the hospital and home doctors almost always have a representation. And don’t sew in doubt is the worse option! And if necessary you can tap it.

Then go to the hospital!

Okay, no one likes that. But ask yourself if you don’t want to go through the 5 minutes of wound care before your wound ignites… then you sacrifice not 5 minutes in the worst case, but your life. Representation doctor or emergency?

Yeah, you should go to the doctor with your SVV when it comes. If you can’t go to the doctor yourself, call a rescue service.

Why not? Because your SVV will be public?

Then stop it. 🤷

Well, who does that? You have to go through this. Can also go well and you won’t get sepsis. I wouldn’t bet.

You don’t have to, but you can keep a scar.

so it is more likely than that

There’s more than one doctor.

And hospitals with outpatients.

Surely you should go to the doctor.

Now, a gaping wound must be supplied professionally. This is not negotiable.

You can’t go to the doctor? Sorry, but I’ve heard a lot of such excuses because the person concerned didn’t want to. I can’t give you another answer, your responsibility.

This is not negotiable. I don’t give you a free letter here for your irresponsible action.
