No, the router does not log the IP traffic, that can only be a web proxy server or – Service.

And the incognito mode only locally deletes the profile of your browser and “lows” tracking and external logging (e.g. by Google) minimally. So, with anonymity, it has nothing to do with anything.

I strongly doubt that your parents use a web proxy at home, unless there is interest and know-how.

Long speech, short sense:

I’m sure your parents don’t know which sites you’re on the move.

The incognito mode doesn’t matter. Theoretically, your parents can see the course, but it’s hard. But what are you doing so secretly that your parents cannot know. Best regards

The incognity mode in the browser does not make you invisible on the Internet, but it only prevents you from leaving traces on your own browser.
