Can you sell vanilla pods just like that? This is organic vanilla from the place where it was planted. Do people buy this stuff?

Question is above 🙂 I'm looking for a sauce that's edibly hot. It goes well with meat dishes. It should be significantly hotter than, say, Sriracha or Tabasco. Do you know any? What's your favorite hot sauce? Thanks in advance!
Lambrusco, how long can it be left open?

I opened a bottle of Lambrusco yesterday. I let it sit at room temperature for two hours before putting it in the fridge. Now I'm wondering if the taste or shelf life has changed.

Bourbonvanille ist mittlerweile richtig teuer. Vor 20 Jahren zahlte man noch 120.- Euro das Kilo, mittlerweile hat sich der Preis verzehnfacht!
Es gab ein paar Missernten auf Grund von Stürmen auf Madagaskar, das hat die Preise explodieren lassen.
Vanille ist eine Schmarotzerpflanze und trägt erst im zehnten Jahr.
Du lässt dich am besten von der IHK in deiner Umgebung beraten. Dort bekommst du alle notwendigen Informationen, die du brauchen wirst.
Da s muss aber sich hygienisch überwacht werden.
Du willst in Deutschland Vanille anbauen? Toi toi toi. Sag Bescheid wenn es glückt.
Mit Gewerbeschein kannst Du alles verkaufen, solange Du die nötigen (zT sehr strenge [Militärfahrzeuge bspw]) Auflagen erfüllst.
