A friend booked a Lufthansa flight through Tripmonster some time ago. Due to the coronavirus pandemic, the flight was canceled, and now he's stuck with the costs because the third-party provider isn't responding. Can he request a (partial) refund directly from Lufthansa, or will they not refund anything? Has anyone had a similar experience?
