Apostrophe instead of comma on keyboard?

In short, the comma , and the apostrophe ' have swapped places.

So if I want to type a comma, I now have to use the "character keyboard" to type a comma. The apostrophe is in the bottom left corner. It's not that bad, of course, but it's a bit annoying.

In my case, I can choose the character to the left of the space. If I long-press it, the selection appears, and the last selected character remains. With the period, I can also long-press it, and the "full" selection of punctuation marks appears, but the period remains the default.
