Try to repair using the boot stick if that doesn't help

Use system backup or do a NEW installation

Homework for you: DELETE ALL MS services and then try resetting the PIN and the services will be fully available again.

THAT is what I want to see

He no longer has MS services, so you can't reset the PIN

Either you have a system backup that you can restore, or you reinstall Windows.

Reset PIN from settings

  1. Sign in to Windows 10 with alternative credentials.
  2. Open Settings and select Account Sign-in Options >.
  3. Select PIN ( Windows Hello)>I forgot my PIN and follow the instructions.
