Why can't I download AMD Adrenaline?

Hello, I'm currently using a Windows 11 system and wanted to download AMD adrenaline, but when I try to do this it always says that I don't have enough memory even though I'm installing it on a hard drive with 120GB free space. What could be the reason for this?

Change the location where the file should be downloaded.

As I said, I installed it on a hard drive which has 120GB free space and Windows showed an error message or terminal which said that the packages had an error during installation

I do that too, but I changed the installation location several times. At first I thought it was because of that.
