Ich verstehe die Frage nicht. Die Altersabfrage kostet kein Geld. Sofern über deine Bankkarte dein Alter bestimmt werden kann, kannst du damit Zigaretten kaufen. Und natürlich wird dann Geld abgebucht. Dass dein Konto dadurch ins Minus kommt, ist nicht das Problem des Automatenbetreibers.
