Why do most women laugh so annoyingly?
I find it really annoying when women or teenage girls laugh… They usually cackle loudly at completely unfunny things.
Are they laughing because they are nervous or what is the main reason?

It is the pitch of the voice that affects the nerves.
But I find the question of the level of the jokes much more interesting. And unfortunately, I've noticed again and again: Men's humor tends to be subtle (when it's not sexist). Women's humor is often at the level of a bowling club—in other words, very low. People laugh at every little thing as if everyone were stoned.
This is particularly annoying at balcony or garden parties because it disturbs the whole neighborhood – apart from that, it often comes across as inspired as the recorded bursts of laughter in American comedy shows.
You speak from my soul
On the other hand, if a woman just lounges around and grins broadly – doesn't that also get annoying (because it makes you feel insecure)?
Yes, there are some people, mostly women, who laugh to hide their insecurity or simply laugh when they don't know what to do, etc. This way they can quickly steer conversations in a different direction.

Men aren't quieter or less annoying. They often attract attention through some kind of shouting, proletarian behavior, or sexist remarks.
I mean… I definitely know laughs that annoy the hell out of me, but I wouldn't get so upset about them HAHAHAHAAHA
because YOU feel that way.
Has your sense of humor gone? Everyone laughs differently. And that's a good thing. Laughter is healthy.
I don't really know…
I agree with you. Many people just laugh and don't even know why.
