Ja, da gibt es keine Vorschriften. Es gibt ja Gemeinden an den Landesgrenzen. Es wäre töricht, eine Ausbildung im benachbarten Bundesland zu untersagen.
Warum wäre es töricht?
Deutschland braucht gut ausgebildete Arbeitskräfte. Diese Regelung wäre bürokratisch und hinderlich.

Kommt drauf an, wer dich gefangen hält es nicht zu tun.
Und wie ist es wenn man einen gesetzlichen Betreuer mit einer Aufenthaltsbestimmung hat?
Darf man dann die Ausbildung außerhalb des Bundeslandes machen?
Dann natürlich nicht – dann entscheidet das der Betreuer?
War das jetzt eine intelligente Frage, so wie “wie oft muss man eine Brotdose saubermachen, komme da nicht selbst drauf..”
