3. Job interview – what does that mean?
Hi, I applied to a company. First, it was a 30-minute phone call. A few days later, I had an online interview lasting about an hour, and now I've been invited to an in-person interview. Does that mean I have a good chance of being hired?
In the first interview, you basically gather the basic information. That's where you've already scored points.
There were certainly more people present at the second interview. Things got more intense, and the position was certainly discussed.
After the selection has been made, you're still in the running. The final interview is now crucial. You only have a few other applicants left, so yes, they're interested in you. Convince them, and then you might just get the job.
I'm keeping my fingers crossed.
and what do I have to pay particular attention to?
It's hard to say for sure, but you're definitely on the shortlist.
I think your chances are pretty good. They'll probably discuss the final "formalities," and you might even be presented with a contract.
At least you've come a long way.
3 conversations are interesting, never heard of.
What kind of training?
means you've moved on to the next round.
Nope. That means they think you're totally awful and are just bored.
