There is still no comprehensive right to legal advice by non-residents under the new legal service scheme.

Large-scale legal services may only offer full-time lawyers who must be admitted by the local Bar Association above.

To offer legal advice, you must be a lawyer or notary.

My niece is a doctorate. And she also needed an extra license to work as a lawyer.
