Can you talk to anyone at school?

You often see it in films: students go to a school teacher or guidance counselor, etc. Does something like this exist in Germany? Why might someone go to such a person, and how does it work, and does it actually help? I always thought it was for serious situations like domestic violence or serious bullying, or can you also talk to these people if you have more "unimportant" problems? Unfortunately, I can't seem to find anything about it on my school website, or only social groups like mentors.

At JEDER school, s should actually give at least one trust teacher. Also a school social worker or school psychologist.

Come on to school. There was nothing with us. Nothing.

Neither school psychologists, nor any “social corporations” or “parents” or anything else. Yes, on the paper there is supposed to have been a familiar teacher, but no one knew who that was or how to contact him.

In this respect, it is not possible to say that at the moment. Depends on how it is handled at your school.

First responder should be the class management. In addition, however, there are also always specially trained teachers who are quasi-confidence teachers, but not always so called.
They should be able to talk about everything. For example, I had contact with them because of an outing or also because of SVV (although not entirely voluntary).
For some “problems” there are often other contact persons:inside, when it comes to career advice or the school career.

Appears very much to the individual problem, the experience of the teacher and the wishes of the student or the student. According to my experience (and I hope this is not the case everywhere!), the statement after such a conversation was often rather in the direction “I think it is good that you were looking for the conversation, but what I can’t do right now.”

It doesn’t always have to be like that and can be okay if you just want to talk, but if it really is about concrete help, I wouldn’t let it be based on it.

I’m sure there’s a drunk teacher at your school.

But if you have problems, you can also contact your class teacher.
