Switch off after work?

Good evening,

It's sometimes really difficult to switch off after work and stop thinking or talking about that stupid colleague or the stressful day. You spend a lot of time there, but it shouldn't affect your life by ruminating on every discussion with colleagues or your boss after work and never getting a chance to relax. That's incredibly stressful.

Do you have any tips for properly switching off? It's like, "It's just work, and if they don't like me there, that's their problem?" After all, you just want to be able to enjoy your life after work.

You go into the pub to nice people, enjoy some beers, and if you make it perfect you will develop a playlist for the music machine, ie a csv file, which you regularly reassemble with a self-knitted crow according to the random principle. This is not put into the pub on a note, but on the smartphone, because otherwise you will be laughed as senile. Before you press for 2 EUR songs, you are convinced that you didn't want to put anyone in the cross that also wanted to press songs. With stone-old romantic oldies you can delight the other regular guests and make yourself popular.

What you shouldn't take seriously is the Taliban who ceremonies and ceremonies: But that doesn't happen, even a nanogram of alcohol damages the brain irrevocably!!!

Sports, or join a club, meet with friends. Or I sometimes go after a hard working day.

Sports and ambitions are a key to hide others. Sign in to the gym and go to raise weights in the evening. If that's something for you.
