How do I manage an ergometry up to 200 watts?
To be accepted into the military, I have to undergo an ergometry (stress ECG) to prove my physical fitness. I (female, 19, 148cm tall, and 48kg) usually do strength training at the gym. (I'm so short because of my half-Asian descent). Is there anything I can do to somehow increase my chances of achieving good results on this ergometry? (I only have one week.) And what are my chances/Is there any way I can test this at the gym?
The description is: "Exercise in 50-watt increments (sports medicine variant) according to the recommendations of the cardiology society, at least until the 200-watt value is reached."
Thank you in advance!
As some have already pointed out:
These general conditions for all military races:
There is no need for any further answer, because unfortunately you do not have the necessary minimum size for the service in the Bundeswehr, not even come close to it.
Thus, an adjustment will not take place.
In a week, no one can increase any sporting performance…
No matter if you do not meet other requirements
Of course, in a week I can increase "any sports performance".
It depends on what I have done so far, where I am standing and what the goal is.
In my last mountain time tests (racing bike) I have increased the average speed within a week.
I also drive from one week to the other the same 70-kilometer round faster than before.
But maybe you mean your note quite differently (?).
Anyway… if you don't get these simple basic tests and you've got problems, you're wrong… "Travel bike" is also necessary for the doctor as a breathing device carrier at the fire department. This also creates some overweight… (example, I don't talk to you badly)…
But only to measure is incomplete.
Often you can see questions about whether their eyes are good enough for the profession and profession. Mostly there are a lot of other criteria…
So good. Sports medicine performance diagnosis is not "Travel bike" because there is already a demand for an overweight that hardly manages.
Not confused with the "Drive bike" with the doctor.
My last sports medical performance diagnostics (on the race bike), including spiroergometry, was only a few months ago,
This doesn't make woman/man within a week if you've only trained in the muckibude force.
I just couldn't leave your sentence incomplete: "In a week no one can increase any sporting performance…"
Stay healthy.
You can't change anything in a week.
Are you sure you're not too small?
Instead of going to power, go on endurance… use cardio devices during training!
