What else can I do-illness?

Hello everyone,

I'm currently still on sick leave. I have a back problem (a herniated disc). I'm currently strictly restricted. I'm glad I can walk. Sitting is almost impossible, and lying down is okay. However, my entitlement to sick pay (it was based on mental health issues) is currently being reviewed because of my back. I've also exhausted my ALG 1 (unemployment benefit). What can I do now if the health insurance company doesn't approve it, other than applying for a pension/early retirement or something similar? Are there any options?

Thanks in advance for your help!

Depending on the state of health Remuneration pension or social assistance

In order to be entitled to a citizen's allowance, you must be able to work in principle.

Despite that, my friend deserves so much that I don't receive any citizen money,

There is nothing in the question description.

Is there an alternative?

Let your girlfriend pay 🙂

Apart from that, I'm referring to my answer and I'm out.

If you should not be able to work for longer, usually longer than 6 months, it may be that the job center sends you to the social office.

If you have necessary evidence of your inability to work, you can do that of course.

If possible, the partner's income is calculated differently.

At the end, it depends on the level of net income and what needs to be paid for warm rental without deduction for normal household electricity.

You can only make a request and wait for it.
