Should I continue studying law?

I'm about to start my second semester of law school and just completed my internship during the holidays. I already did an internship with a lawyer when I was in school, and it seemed quite interesting to me. The thing is, the more I look into this profession, the less interesting it becomes to me.

I don't want to be a lawyer, but I don't want to be anything else either. I don't feel I have any goals in life and nothing that truly makes me happy.

My first semester at university actually went quite well, and I found it quite interesting. But the mere thought of not being able to do anything with it outside of Germany worries me.
I would very much like to travel abroad.

Another point is that after 5 years of studying I might end up with nothing in my hand or with something that doesn't yet qualify me for a job and then I have to wait another 3 years until I'm really finished and that's only if I'm lucky.

Could someone who has gone through a similar situation please offer some advice on what I could do? Or how could I find something I'm really interested in?

Then let it be better. You haven't lost so much time.

You need to know for yourself whether the job as a lawyer really is interested parties .

What else do you find so interesting? What are you good at?

Would another profession be eligible for you? You don't have to stay in Germany with your studies.
