Windows File Recovery, how to recover trash?
Hello, I got Windows File Recovery but now I don't know which command I have to write to recover my photos.
I copied them to my desktop and then permanently deleted them from the trash.
How do I write this in recovery? Thanks
Why don't you just take your backup from the backup storage medium?
Or did you not make any backup from the files? Then the files may not have been very important and the loss is no longer tragic….
-> Ergo: Data backup! Regular!
The syntax for the program:
Source-drive specifies the drive letter on which the deleted data should be searched.
Destination-drive specifies the target drive on which the data should be restored.
Source and target running gear MUST be different.
You can then refer to certain directories for searching deleted data via the switches.
would search all files deleted from the user's recycle bin and restore them to drive E.
Problem here: Files whose storage space is already used by newly written data can no longer be restored.
In such cases: absolutely no longer perform write processes on the drive! Run backup from another system (eg Linux Live system on DVD or USB stick.
The deleted files are not physically deleted, but the memory area is marked as "free". Each writing process on the plate can overwrite a file irreproachably.
Everything you delete in the Recycle Bin is also deleted. No exceptions
