Monitor is too bright for facecam?

I noticed that my camera is often exposed through the monitor.

This is actually not very good if I have a white mode window open or if different colors are changing in a game.

Then suddenly I'm bright, blue, green, red, and that's annoying.

Unfortunately, I don't have any real lighting, just my warm room lights.

How can I fix this?
