How do you do “<” on a keyboard (pc)?

The keyboard layout set on the PC is crucial.
If you also have an English keyboard layout to match your English keyboard, it would be the standard US layout for the key combination shown on the picture.
If you have set the German keyboard layout instead, it is the following key (independent of what is shown on the keyboard):
