How can I undervolt my Ryzen 7800X3D but keep the same GHz?

How can I undervolt my Ryzen 7800X3D but keep the boost GHz? When I run it with boost, it gets too hot. For example, if I just watch YouTube, it's at 60 degrees. I have the Xilence AIO with three fans. And I can't run the AIO at 100%. I've already done that in the picture, but I get a lower GHz than the base clock.

In the BIOS turn on the PBO and work with a negative value in the Curve Optimiser. The number depends on your specific CPU and can usually be selected to be relatively stable between -15 and -20. But experimenting does not stop

That is the word.. Under_Volting.. VOLT so, and thus the tension is meant.

The 99% can be left, but then you’re on the boost clock.

Depending on the motherboard, this is different.

In my case, I reduced the tension. Currently I keep it at -0,0750V and Stabil.
You could do more, but that’s another story. with me, it’s exactly 12 degrees that I’m less heat-producing.

I would first try it with the AMD-Softwaredreingaben (Ryzen Master or the like) quite simply via the Power Tune Target (PTT). You can set up up up to about 20 or 25% less energy compared to STOCK without otherwise taking the CPU’s entire autonomy features in the remaining energy management.
