2.5 months abroad?

Hello, I have the opportunity to go to New Zealand for 2.5 months in January of the year after next (2025).
However, I don't know if I should really do that, as I always suffer from homesickness. Of course, I'd like to go, but I'm not sure if I should.
I would also like to learn to surf there, but I am not sure if that will work out well there.
Does anyone have any tips for me?

– New Zealand has wonderful landscapes and also beaches, and the inhabitants are heavily Europeanized – apart from the Maoris of course – but they usually have little to do with.

What can happen to a better one than to travel to New Zealand for 2.5 months and make vacation there.

You’ll be able to experience so much there that you won’t have time for a homewee. And if necessary, there is the Internet or Scype or facetime or or or for contacting home.

In January you still have summer, but it goes towards autumn and this is a great season for New Zealand.

On the topic of surfing in NZ there is an official website: https://www.newzealand.com/en/surfing/ All your questions on this topic should be answered.

Have fun and enjoy.

I don’t have any tips for a homeache. Either you live with this “risk” or you forget the trip – SO IMFACH IS THE!

Go. Use the chance.

You’re going to ask your whole life what would have been if… You get a good grip on your back. Don’t let yourself be understated by your uncertainty.
