WiFi router is not displayed, what should I do?

I can't find the roter on my laptop. We have fiber optics and switched from the old roter to the fiber optic roter. All devices work and can log in with the new roter without any problems, except for my laptop.

The laptop has Windows 10.

At first I couldn't get a red signal and watched all the YouTube videos, which showed me other red signals and my old red signal which isn't plugged in. I was able to connect to it, but then it said that no internet connection could be established (https://youtu.be/aR86ig0nrv0?si=nWPG14s2wJ2PAYRj).

With LAN I don't have WLAN otherwise

I've watched almost every YouTube video on the internet, but I still don't have internet access, and my new red one isn't even showing up. I'm sleepless, and I would really appreciate some help. Goodnight.

First, all the former WiFi connections from the computer.

Windows Tools/Control Panel/Network and Release Center

You can also manually enter a WiFi connection SSID and WiFi password.

Then you can accidentally make a router "transparent".

It's set in the router that new devices can't see it.

How to get there

Where did I give you a path?

I tried it….doesn't work

What did you try?

You have to become concrete if you want help.

Sounds like the laptop is a bit older and can't be 5 GHz wifi.
Activate 2.4 GHz wifi in the router and then try it again.

I don't really understand your explanations.
Test the following:
Go to settings > Network and Internet > Wi-Fi > Switch Wi-Fi > View available networks. .

he does not see the WLAN from his new router, but that from the old one when it is switched on.
