Health insurance for college?

Hey,

I still have to submit an "Electronic Insurance Registration (M10)" and contact the health insurance company to provide a company number and sender number as proof for the university.

I have already submitted all other documents, such as proof of payment and the de-registration certificate from my previous studies, but this notification is still missing.

Unfortunately, since I didn't see the email until later, I only have two days left. According to the notice, the proof must be submitted within eight days of the acceptance letter, and I received the acceptance letter on August 1st.

I wanted to ask how I can act most quickly now. Is it best to do this in person at the AOK? And is it even possible to submit it within two days? I'll also call the admissions office this afternoon and ask. I've had a sleepless night over this matter, and I'm worried that my enrollment will be rejected because of it.

Thank you in advance for any help.

best regards
