Before every print I run the auto leveling program.

Your nozzle is most likely blocked, google times how to fix it

in the car leveling, virtually only the distance from your sample to the bed is set. However, the distance (Z-axis) from the nozzle to the sample changes at quite a lot like zb new nozzle or even if you set the printer somewhere else.
This is why a new Z offset is needed in some changes
