Wieso ist Käse so teuer geworden?

Es ist ja alles etwas teurer geworden, aber bei Käse und Milchprodukten ist es mir besonders aufgefallen. Kann mir jemand die Zusammenhänge erklären, warum Käse eine Preissteigerung von fast 100% in den letzten 2 Jahren erlebt hat?
Kennt ihr gute Rezepte für ein Mittagessen?

Ich komme ursprünglich aus dem Iran und leide an Magenübersäurung. Ich habe verschiedene Medikamente (Pantoprazol) bisher eingenommen, damit meine Magenübersäurung verbessert wird, aber die waren nicht so hilfreich, wie es eigentlich sein sollte. Als ich im Iran war, habe ich dort ein Medikament genommen, und es war sehr hilfreich. Ich möchte dieses Medikament nach Deutschland…
