Laptop storage space is full, what can I delete and what can't I delete?

The following problem:

My storage space is completely full, although I feel like I have saved nothing and have already deleted a lot (eg unnecessary apps)

I have Sims 4 on my laptop and nothing else.

How do I know which files I can and can't delete? Is there a cleaner app that deletes unnecessary files?

I also have an external hard drive to keep important things.

In the Start menu, search the "Disk Cleaning". Right-click "Start as an administrator" (so he can't clean up any system files). Select drive, make crosses, confirm, wait.

Hi.

Download the best TreesizeFree, you can see what the whole memory consumes relatively clearly shown.

Delete everything up to the system data or the data of apps that may not run anymore.

Kind regards.

To achieve real success, you should reinstall your entire operating system

Go on a recycle bin. And empty there on recycle bin and tell me if that's what's going on

Lol, after all. Now go to settings, system, store, temporary files, -short wait as files remove press. Add to basket

Otherwise, system control, program uninstall and look at what everything can be gone. There's usually unnecessary stuff, but you shouldn't uninstall anything important.
