broccoli cheeddar muffins
Ingredients for 12 muffins :
Ingredients : 500 g of broccoli, salt, 2 eggs, 1 slice of whole grain toast, 1 onion, 100 g of spicy cheddar, 4 tablespoons of natural yoghurt, 1 tsp mustard, pepper, 1 tablespoon of oil for the small
Preparation :
Preheat the oven to 180° C. upper/lower heat (exhaust air 160° C.). Wash the broccoli, divide it into roasts. Peel and cut the stem. broccoli and in a pot in salt water approx. Cook for 5 minutes. Drain with cold water and chop finely.
Mix the eggs in a large bowl. Pour the toast bread and put it in the bowl. Stir until the bread has fully absorbed.
Rub the cheese, peel the onion and dice. Place both with yogurt, mustard, salt and pepper in the bowl and stir well together.
Finally, add the broccoli and process everything to a homogeneous mass.
Fill the dough into sliced muff and bake for about 25 minutes.
Let it cool briefly and then carefully remove the mold.
Ingredients : 1 small pear, 125 g blue cheese, 3 eggs, 80 g butter, 1 teaspoon honey, 1 tablespoon walnut oil, 270 g flour, 1 packet of baking powder, 2 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon pepper, 1 teaspoon dried thyme, 125 ml butter milk
Preparation : Pear drain and cut into 1 cm cubes, divide cheese into twelve equal size cubes. Stir eggs with butter, honey and walnut oil smoothly. Mix flour with baking powder, salt, pepper and thyme and add to the egg mass. Pear and butter milk.
Muffin sheet with muffin cups undress and fill 3⁄4 with dough. Put a slice of cheese in the middle of each muffin. Bake around 30 minutes in the preheated oven at 180 degrees of circulating air (200 top and bottom heat).
No, that's simple. Basically, it's just small agitator cake. You can either find a recipe on the internet or buy a baking mix and then get some small stuff from paper and then go. The only thing you need to consider compared to a "big" cake: they need much shorter in the oven. Otherwise they burn.
